Judge Lonardo has set the following Court dates for 2025. * Please be advised a few of the dates are not on the 4th Monday of the month due to scheduling conflicts.
NOTICE TO TRAFFIC VIOLATORS
Your Summons requires you to appear in person before the Duenweg Municipal Court on the date printed at the top of the ticket, UNLESS you wish to plead guilty and pay the your fine either before your court date or on your court date printed on the ticket.
WARNING: A warrant will be issued for your arrest IF you fail to appear in court or your payment has not been received before your scheduled appearance date.

- Go to “Make a Payment”
- Click “Plead and Pay Your Traffic Ticket…”
- Type Citation number found at the top of the ticket in the search field labeled “Case Number”
- On Right Hand of Screen, you will see options for “Plead and Pay” with the amount before Credit Card Fees
SPEEDING FINES
(Outside school and construction zones)
- 1-5 mph over the limit: $81.00
- 6-10 mph over the limit: $91.00
- 11-15 mph over the limit: $101.00
- 16-19 mph over the limit: $131.00
- 20-25 mph over the limit: $186.00
All fines listed above include the court costs, except for seat belt violations and not wearing a motorcycle helmet.
You can pay certain violations online in advance using Plead and Pay. A convenience fee of $0.25 plus 2% of your fine will apply. Here are the fines before the convenience fee:
